If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND IN-GAME CURRENCY (WCoins)
FutureMu offers virtual in-game currency known as "WCoins" and virtual items for purchase. 
- WCoins and virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real-world money, and cannot be transferred to other accounts outside the official game mechanics.
- All purchases of WCoins or virtual items are made voluntarily to enhance the user's gameplay experience or unlock cosmetic upgrades.

3. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the products and services provided, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- By purchasing WCoins, you explicitly agree that the digital content is delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment.
- Once the virtual currency (WCoins) or virtual items are credited to your account, the service is considered fully rendered.
- You waive any right to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback under any circumstances.
- Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback through PayPal, Stripe, or your banking institution will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your game account, hardware ID, and IP address.

4. USER CONDUCT & SERVER RULES
Players must follow the official server rules. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using third-party automation software (hacks/bots), or engaging in toxic behavior may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. No refunds will be issued for accounts banned due to rule violations.
