If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
1. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION (GDPR COMPLIANCE)
By registering an account on the Website or playing on the game server, you acknowledge and agree that we process your personal data (such as username, email address, and IP address) solely for the purpose of providing access to the game server, ensuring security, and processing automated payments via Stripe and PayPal.

1. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND IN-GAME CURRENCY (WCoins)
FutureMu offers virtual in-game currency known as "WCoins" and virtual items for purchase.
* WCoins and virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real-world money, and cannot be transferred to other accounts outside the official game mechanics.
* All purchases of WCoins or virtual items are made voluntarily to enhance the user's gameplay experience or unlock cosmetic upgrades.
1. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY & WAIVER OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Due to the digital nature of the products and services provided, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Express Consent: By purchasing WCoins or any virtual items, you explicitly request and agree that the digital content is delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment, before the expiry of any standard statutory cancellation period.
* Waiver of Right: You acknowledge and agree that by giving this express consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund under UK/EU consumer protection laws or any other jurisdictions once the digital service is fully rendered.
* Once the virtual currency (WCoins) or virtual items are credited to your account, the service is considered fully rendered.
* Fraudulent Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback through PayPal, Stripe, or your banking institution will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your game account, hardware ID, and IP address. We reserve the right to provide transaction logs, IP history, and this signed agreement to payment processors and banking institutions to dispute fraudulent claims.
1. USER CONDUCT & SERVER RULES
Players must follow the official server rules. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using third-party automation software (hacks/bots), or engaging in toxic behavior may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. No refunds will be issued for accounts banned due to rule violations.
